The mobile kitchen originally launched in Bradford in December 2012. In April 2013 we launched in InTouch Keighley and in May 2014 we launched InTouch Leeds. We are now looking to work with local teams to expand our project into neighbouring cities. Since the project launched - across the cities we have distributed in excess of 200,000 meals.

The aim of the mobile kitchen is to provide hot food and drinks to people that are either living in poverty or are homeless. We provide cooked meals which normally consist of a chicken biryani along with raita and bread. We also provide hot drink drinks which include hot chocolate, tea, coffee along with biscuits, cake and fruit.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and have different backgrounds, faiths and races. InTouch Foundation is a platform to bring different communities together for one common cause - and that is to help people that are in need.

We have been truly humbled by the community spirit as volunteers and sponsors have come together to make the project a success.

Overseas

Marriage Support Project

Due to crushing poverty, countless families in South Asian countries are unable to have their daughters and sisters get married. Unfortunately, due to societal pressures, it is not uncommon for people to resort to extreme measures such as committing suicide.

InTouch Foundation is launching a marriage project in Pakistan to support families in these difficult situations by providing basic items according to the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) necessary for newlywed girls, including some clothing, utensils, bedding and more, along with some financial assistance to offset marriage expenses.

InTouch Foundation will assist in covering the cost of the marriage, depending on the region and local requirements. The marriage maybe held individually or where there are a number of couples in a particular region group weddings may take place. Depending on the region, it costs approximately £300 for the wedding day and a further £200-£300 for the gifts to support the marriage of one young woman/man.

Ghana

InTouch Foundation work with stakeholder's to create sustainable means of livelihoods programme and nutrition for vulnerable communities.

We will help families living in poverty establish an enterprise that will help them become financially independent. We will provide financial support to help the community of Kumasi, Ghana establish chicken and cow farms.

In 2016 InTouch Foundation in partnership with Ustadh Alyas karmani distributed over 2000 Eid food packs to poor families in Ghana. Eid meals distributed to 500 prisoners both muslims and non muslims in the local prison. Manhyia, Ghana.

Over 700 InTouch Foundation qurbani food packs distributed in Ghana to families in need in rural villages. Alhamdulillah the atmosphere and excitement is amazing The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
"Feed the hungry, visit the sick and set free the captives"
Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Hadith 552.
"(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captive for the love of God, saying: 'We feed you for the sake of God Alone; we seek from you neither reward nor thanks."
The Holy Quran, 76:8-9.

Community

Project Ayaana (formerly InTouch Community) is a social welfare initiative dedicated to fostering community cohesion and supporting vulnerable individuals locally and internationally. Founded in memory of the late Dr. Mohammad Suliman—a humanitarian field doctor in rural Pakistan for over 50 years—the project embodies his legacy of compassion through values of
- Peace (Salam)
- Love (Hubb)
- Inspiration (‘Alahum).

Our Work & Vision

Project Ayaana collaborates with communities and charities to inspire positive change, driven by the belief that everyone can leave a meaningful legacy through acts of kindness. Our vision is a world rooted in mutual respect and love, guided by Dr. Suliman’s humanitarian principles and Islamic teachings. We empower people to transform communities with innovative social action projects, transcending barriers of race, politics, gender, or belief.

Key Initiatives

#BringASmile: Creative projects to spread joy and break down social barriers.
#SaveALife: Supporting those in need through local and international aid.
#BeAHero: Engaging adrenaline-filled activities that benefit communities.
#LeaveALegacy: Encouraging lasting impact via tree planting, well donations, and more.

Our Mission

"Inspire the soul and watch the magic happen." We unite communities through social action—promoting cohesion, cultural understanding, and alleviating suffering. Projects include tree planting, street cleanups, children’s gifts, and graveyard maintenance, all designed to spark collective change.

By integrating compassion with action, Project Ayaana strives to create a world where every small kindness contributes to a greater, enduring legacy.
